Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your trip. Cancellations made more than 3 days before your scheduled departure are fully refundable. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 3 days before departure are non-refundable. If dangerous weather or heavy rain makes it unsafe to operate, your trip can be rescheduled. If a new date cannot be agreed upon, you’ll receive a full refund.
